Meetings



The Manitoba Chapter hosts general meetings five times a year. Meetings are normally held on the first Saturday of February, April, June, October, and December. Our meetings are informal, friendly, and a great place to meet with others who have Celiac or DH. We often have guest speakers who give interesting and informative presentations on topics of interest to people with Celiac.

If you're not a member, come out and see what we have to offer. If you're a longtime member who hasn't been to a meeting lately, come out and see what you've been missing. Every meeting features coffee and gluten-free treats (feel free to make a donation to the coffee fund).

We also have a selection of the various materials we carry including cookbooks, Celiac handbooks, food guides, pamphlets, and more. These are for sale to non-members and members alike, with members enjoying discounts on most items.

Minutes from both general and executive meetings are available to members upon request.

Upcoming Executive Meetings

Note that these meetings are not restricted to the Chapter Executive--anyone may attend. Please call Monique Clement at 237- 4898 if you plan to attend.

Gluten-Free Lifestyle Meetings

Informational meetings are held for people who are newly diagnosed and interested in more information on living gluten-free. Meeting dates and times are somewhat flexible and are held dependent on the need.

Next Gluten-Free Lifestyle meeting scheduled for April 2nd, 2011 at 9:15 am. (This is just prior to the general meeting scheduled for 11 am.)
