Exhibitor and Sponsorship Opportunities
The Manitoba Chapter is pleased to invite you to sponsor Celiacs at the Centre of it All - the Canadian Celiac Association 2010 National Conference. The event will take place from June 4-6, 2010, at the Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The conference will offer many opportunities for showcasing your company's products and services. The conference attracts 500 enthusiastic participants from across Canada. If you'd like to sponsor a specific event and receive exclusive recognition for your company, now is the time. These are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Your sponsorship will be rewarded with multiple acknowledgements including online, print and on-site conference promotion.
Exhibitor Highlights
- 8500 square feet of Exhibitor space!
- Choice of booth location in exhibitor hall, first come, first served
- Exhibitor area open on Friday, June 4th, 4:00 pm -10:00 pm, and Saturday June 5th, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Exhibit area is open to Friday evening Welcome Reception on June 4th
- Exhibitor area doors open to dining area during meals and breaks to allow participants easy access to trade show. Entrance from main lobby open for the duration of the conference
- Exhibit area opens to welcome the general public, local retailers and their staff on Saturday from 1:30 pm - 5:30 pm
- Exhibit area will be the site of nutrition break on Saturday morning (nutrition break stations located throughout the exhibitor hall)
- Donated gift baskets will be displayed at your table to encourage delegates to visit your booth
Sponsorship
This year you are likely to spend less and still get all the great benefits you received last year. Sponsorship pricing has been drastically reduced for each sponsorship level. Exhibitor booths, conference registrations and banquet tickets have been made optional ensuring that you only pay for items that you need while still being rewarded with multiple acknowledgements and advertising. Several sponsorship opportunities are available, including exclusive opportunities for major sponsors. We are sure that you will be able to find an item on the list that fits your specific company’s interest and budget.
